Gold SLA

30 Hours Onsite / Remote Support
$2,900.00 per month
  • 30 Hours per month remote & onsite support.
  • 24/7 monitoring.
  • 24/7 Support. 1 Hour Response. Including Public Holidays
  • Monthly SLA report on work carried out.
  • Bi-monthly meetings (on request)
