What kind of equipment can I lease from Oxygen IT?
Oxygen can provide you most kinds of IT equipment, as per your requirements, most commonly leased are desktops and laptops – please feel free to contact us regarding your requirements.
Our standard bundle for $150.00 per machine includes the following:
- 19” monitor
- Keyboard and mouse
What software does the equipment come with?
All equipment will come loaded with Windows 10 as the operating system and Microsoft 365 loaded and ready to go. MS 365 includes the following packages:
- Publisher (PC only)
- Access (PC only)
If you require any other software loaded and would like it included in your lease, please feel free to contact Oxygen IT to discuss what we can offer.
Can I load my own software onto the equipment?
Yes, this is permitted under the Oxygen IT lease – however please be aware that software that is not provided and installed by Oxygen will not be supported under the lease agreement.
Do you deliver?
Yes, Oxygen IT delivers and assists with the set up of lease equipment within Christchurch CBD or 30 surrounds.
How long is the lease for?
Oxygen leases run for 3 years.
What happens if I need to cancel my lease?
If for any reason you need to cancel the lease before the end of the 3 years, Oxygen would require you to pay out the balance of the lease and return the equipment to Oxygen IT.
What if the computer equipment breaks?
Oxygen provides our lease clients full support – please contact the Oxygen IT Service desk for technical help.

What are the Service Level Agreements for support if the equipment does break?
We will respond to your support call as soon as a technician becomes available – you will hear from us no longer than the next business day.
Will an engineer come to my office?
Oxygen IT only offers remote support for our leasing customers. We do however have the ability to dial into your machine and diagnose and remedy most problems – if an error does occur you can feel confident in calling our support desk and one of our skilled engineers will assist with the problem.
Will Oxygen train me on how to use the equipment or software?
Once the equipment has been delivered to you, Oxygen IT is not responsible for training users on the usage of the software or equipment, this would fall under the users’ responsibility of the lease. If a support call is logged for training purposes an engineer would be happy to assist however this would be chargeable.
What are my initial layout costs?
The great benefit of leasing – there are ZERO upfront costs
What happens after 3 years (36 months)?
Once your lease has ended there are several options for you to consider:
- You can pay one extra monthly payment, after this payment ownership of the equipment will be transferred to yourself or your organisation. Please be aware that your software licensing and equipment support would however cease.
- You can return the equipment with no further charges and the contract will end.
- We can provide you with new equipment and the lease can continue.
